Our Process

  • Free Consultation We will visit your property to discuss your ideas & prepare sketches to outline your scheme & can advise you on any planning or technical issues.
  • Building Survey & Drawing We will perform a measured survey of the existing building where necessary & prepare accurate CAD drawing.
  • Proposal Drawing We will take the original sketches and the survey to create a proposed scheme & advise on and incorporate any further ideas you may have.
  • Planning Applications After the scheme has met your approval we will submit drawings to the local authority for planning approval (minimum of 8 weeks).
  • Building Regulation Application Once the planning application has been successful we will liaise with the necessary consultants to prepare a full set of construction drawings and details for building regulation approval.


Two storey rear extension & internal alterations.

The clients specific Requirements for this project where to create a large kitchen with island unit and breakfast area, there was also the requirement to add an en-suite to the existing master bedroom, creating another double bedroom with en-suite.

In turn creating a four bedroom three bathroom house rather than a three bedroom one bathroom house, once the client was happy with the scheme planning permission and building regulation approval was obtained.

With this particular project the brief was to add value to the house as well as space, the was also a new fa├žade added to the front of the building, this was achieved by rendering the building to the front, the was also a decorative tile hanging added to the extension at the rear, the external appearance of the building was designed to blend in with the surrounding buildings and environment.
